Shipping and Returns
Delivery is possible anywhere in the world.
The order will be shipped with a tracking number for Metropolitan France and the rest of the world.
When you make a purchase from our site, you agree and acknowledge that you provide a valid email address and shipping address for the order.
The cost of delivery corresponds to a fixed amount of €2.95 for shipments in Metropolitan France. For the rest of the world, delivery costs a fixed amount of €6.50.
In countries other than Metropolitan France the potential customs charges applied will be at the expense of the customer. No request for a reimbursement of the customs charges will be accepted.
Orders are processed within 2 business days for standard products as well as personalized products.
Delivery is generally made within 2 to 3 business days by La Poste for Metropolitan France, and generally within 6 to 10 business days for the rest of the world.
Delivery times are not guaranteed and are only indicative as they depend on the postal services of each country as well as unforeseen circumstances.
As soon as your mail is dispatched, you will receive a message containing a link allowing you to follow the delivery of your order online. Please note that the tracking number may not work to the final destination depending on your country of residence.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept the return of personalized products and fabric masks (for hygienic reasons).
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or Paypal account as soon as possible.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time required before a refund is posted.
If after completing all these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or use the contact form on our website.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotion items are not refundable.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We replace an item if it is defective, damaged or if it does not meet your expectations. For hygienic reasons, fabric masks cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you need to exchange your item for the same item or another item, first send us an email to email@example.com or send us your request via our contact form.
To return a product, you must send it by post to the mailing address that will be communicated to you once your return request has been approved.
The shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than €60, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
The payment of your purchases on the Site is made via Paypal, the leader in online payment methods. Paypal accepts payment with and without creating a Paypal account. When paying, you have the option of using your Paypal account or paying with your debit card or credit card.
The payment with a bank card is without registration, without additional costs and in a totally secure manner. At the time of payment, you will be automatically redirected to a secure Paypal page from where you can pay directly with a bank card by clicking on the “Pay with a card” button.
