Shipping and returns
All items ship worldwide.
The shipping has a tracking number (“courrier suivi”) for Metropolitan France and the rest of the world.
As soon as your mail will be shipped, you will receive a message including a link which will allow you to check the delivery status of your order online (please note that the tracking number may not work until the final destination depending on your country of residence).
Shipping cost a flat rate of 2.35€ plus 0.60€ per item for Metropolitan France. For the rest of the world, shipping costs a flat rate of 4.75€ plus 1.15€ per item.
In countries other than Metropolitan France the potential customs duty applied will be at the expense of the customer. No request for a reimbursement of the customs duty will be accepted.
The processing of your order takes 3 business days for both standard and personalized items.
The delivery usually takes 2 business days with “La Poste” in Metropolitan France and 6 to 10 business days for the rest of the world.
The delivery time is not guaranteed and is provided for information purposes only since it depends on the local and international postal services.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The return of personnalized items and face masks is not accepted.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your Paypal account within the shortest possible period of time.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or use our contact form on our website.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective, damaged or if they don’t meet your expectations. Due to sanitary reasons, face masks cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you need to exchange your item for the same item or another item, first send us an email at email@example.com or send us your request using our contact form.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the mailing address we will provide you once your return request has been approved.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over US $65 (€60), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The payment of your puchases on coriparis.com goes through Paypal, the leader in online payment solutions. Paypal accepts payments with or without signing in for a Paypal account. During checkout you therefore have the possibility to use your Paypal account or to pay with your debit card or credit card. The payment with a bank card is done without signing in, with no extra fees et in a totaly secure mean. During the payment you will be automatically redirected to a secure Paypal page, then choose the option « Don’t have a Paypal account » and you will be able to pay directly with your bank card.
